Mountain film festival
For the third year the film was realized in Peru, the INKAFEST Mountain Festival (International Festival of Cinema of mountain).
In this celebration of the INKAFEST several simultaneous events were realized, creating a great environment between the national and foreign public.
Huaraz's city, at the foot of the Cordillera Blanca, was the perfect scene of the festival that was developed in August, from 8th to 11th. In this festival, the works were projected of more than 32 professionals from diverse parts of the world. Later, the INKAFEST Tour 2007 began in Lima (7 and 14 September) and Cuzco (August 27, 28 and 29).
Also It was presented the publishing magazine Cda*Vivalda of Italy, and it was distributed to all of the participants, a number of the magazine ALP dedicated to the Cordillera Blanca , the publishing magazine Travelers of Peru, Andes Magazine of Chile and Al Borde of Argentina. A guide of the trip appeared on Conchucos valley of the Ancash Association. Likewise there were representation of companies tied to the world of the tourism of adventure, shops of mountain, national and international exhibitors, courses-workshops of production of documentaries in sports of adventure and mountaineering, activities like trekking, climbed in rock between others. Also there were presented 4 documentaries the Peruvian filmmakers (amateurs & professionals), creating a new windows for the filmmakers in Peru.
